All DG permit holders shall designate a suitable person to act as the “Dangerous Goods Coordinator” (DGC) who shall be responsible directly to the Director General of Civil Aviation of Sri Lanka in respect of all matters relating to, and/or arising out of Dangerous Goods handled and/or transported by the operator. Request letter must be submitted by the operator along with the required documents as mentioned in SLCAP 4400 chapter 1.2.4.
