A Certificate of Airworthiness is required for the aircraft as an attestation that the aircraft has been maintained in accordance with an approved maintenance program, and is in compliance with applicable airworthiness and safety requirements as per the CAASL Airworthiness Requirements.

In addition, the aircraft must have a type certificate that has been accepted by CAASL in accordance with CAASL Airworthiness Requirements CAASL IS-21. (Click here to visit Implementing Standards)
